Your fight is over however your memory lives on whether it was when you were always working on your Frogeye Sprite or telling us about your trips backpacking with Susan round Greece. Your achievements in food technology was highly regarded by your contemporaries as I found out when I met a fellow colleague who worked for Sarah Lee. When you worked  in Wembley creating new breads we benefited as quinea pigs trying out some of your samples. Although your life has been cut short by this dreadful illness your life has been fulfilling & you'll always live in our memory.
